A submission for GMTK Game Jam 2024 with a theme "Build to scale".
A short and simple deck-builder set in Ancient Rome. Play cards scrolls, place buildings, keep resources high and try to build an empire to last in four (slightly) different scenarios.
How to play
There's a written tutorial (and an easy first scenario) in the game, but here's a quick summary: play cards (by placing the buildings on a grid) and keep resources (denarii, growth and army) as high as possible, or at least a positive number by the end of last round.

Classics nerds unite. I can definitely see how this can grow into a really neat game. I get the theming. You're building a city.
Fun game! I really enjoy the vibes & art style as a bit of a Classical studies nerd!
I really liked the game, kept playing it for 5 times in a row, amazing work. I am just not sure how it fits into theme, but at the end i don't care, i had fun, thank you :)
